Agreement and Acceptance of Terms for Demo use

FREE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT << USER NAME AS COMPLETED ABOVE>> FOR TEMPORARY DEMONSTRATION NOTE TO USER: READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY USING THE SOFTWARE << MICROSOCIAL, IN WHOLE OR IN PARTS>>, YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU ARE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS ON BEHALF OF ANOTHER PERSON, COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE FULL POWER TO REPRESENT THAT PERSON, COMPANY OR LEGAL ENTITY, HEREBY, TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THIS AGREEMENT IS IN THE MODE “ CLICKWRAP”, IN WHICH BEFORE USING THE SOFTWARE OBJECT OF THIS INSTRUMENT, THE USER, UNEQUIVOCABLY, AGREE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH HEREIN. LICENSOR: Autland.com, registered with the CNPJ under nº 17.299.649/0001-58, located at Rua Francisco Claudino Ferreira, 585, Curitiba/PR CEP: 81825-260, hereinafter referred to as, herein represented in the form of its Articles of Association.

LICENSEE: The Licensee is identified by the registration previously completed on the website www.autland.com as <<CLIENT NAME AS FILLED IN ABOVE >> when requesting the use of << MICROSOCIAL IN WHOLE OR IN PART>>, being represented in this act by the holder valid and/or active CPF or CNPJ with the Federal Revenue Secretariat under registration <<CPF OR CNPJ NUMBER AS FILLED OUT ABOVE >>.

CLAUSE ONE – OBJECT
1.1 The purpose of this Agreement is the free Licensing of << MICROSOCIAL IN WHOLE OR IN PART >>, for demonstration purposes. 1.2 This is a license for free demonstration, with a fixed term and determined by Clause 7, with the Licensor being exempt from the obligation to backup data entered into the system, as well as being responsible for system failures.

CLAUSE TWO – LICENSE CONDITIONS
2.1 This License, due to its free and demonstration nature, must comply with the sole purpose of this Agreement, which is the presentation of the Software for practical use and unequivocal testing prior to the definitive acquisition of the Licensee, respecting the Consumer Code and already counting on this Test the return period to regret your purchase. 2.3 This License is governed by the Clauses of this instrument, in a specific manner, consistent with the free and temporary demonstration nature of the licensed Software.

CLAUSE THREE – CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES
3.1 Software Licensing: 3.1.1 The minimum configuration is 2GB of RAM, Internet, Anti Virus, Windows and
Updated Internet Explorer, as well as having an internet connection and a personal computer or equipment that has the necessary functionalities. 3.1.2 << MICROSOCIAL WHOLE OR PART >>, simulates the operation of the computer and the operating system in a human way, if the antivirus accuses << MICROSOCIAL WHOLE OR PART >>, as a threat, it is an expected and natural warning , the LICENSEE may disable the antivirus without any risk 3.1.3 The amount of posting of << MICROSOCIAL IN WHOLE OR PART >> is unlimited, however the platform of use and which the software will act on is not always, be aware of your limitations specific to each platform, the LICENSOR is not responsible for any type of blocking of profiles, registrations, logins and other software, the limit varies depending on the platform, social network, telephone operator, servers, etc. 3.1.4 The LICENSOR, due to the condition and demonstration nature of the software subject to this contract, will not perform nor be responsible for backing up the data entered into the system, therefore, all data entered will be lost at the end of this contract. 3.1.5 The intellectual property over the Software is not the subject of this agreement and remains the exclusive property of the LICENSOR. 3.1.6 The use of the software, on a demonstrative basis, will be made available through a personal and non-transferable activation key, which will enable the use of << MICROSOCIAL IN WHOLE OR IN PART >> on a computer for the period established in clause 7. 3.1.7 The LICENSEE is strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, altering, using reverse engineering or using any attempt to revert to its source code any of the components that make up the Software.3.1.8 The LICENSEE expressly acknowledges that the << MICROSOCIAL IN WHOLE OR IN PART >>, as well as logos, brands, emblems, symbols, distinctive signs, manual(s), associated technical documentation and any other related materials, constitute, as the case may be, copyright, commercial secrets, and /or property rights of the LICENSOR, such rights being protected by national and international legislation applicable to intellectual property and copyright, especially as contained in Brazilian Laws numbers 9,609 and 9,610.
